Computation of Information Rate over Channels

Computing information rates over Channels with Energy Harvesting Transmitters is challenging when the transmitters are assumed to have a finite energy buffer. This is because of the inherent memory associated with the channel . An attempt is made to compute the information rate achieved via a specific achievable scheme (truncated Gaussian signalling) for an AWGN channel.
